2. Description of Wine Tourism Offers
Visits to Domaine des Perchés are available by reservation only, at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking via a secure platform compliant with PCI DSS standards.
For groups of 10 to 20 people, a time slot can be provisionally held via www.oenotourisme.domainedesperches.wine. Final confirmation will be issued by Domaine des Perchés, who will then provide a secure payment link. The reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received.
For groups larger than 20 people, a personalized quote is required via oenotourisme@domainedesperches.wine

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings are firm and non-refundable, except in cases of justified force majeure.
Events considered force majeure include: serious illness, accident, death of a close relative, natural disaster, or transportation-halting strike.
Domaine des Perchés reserves the right to request written proof.
In the event of proven force majeure, rescheduling may be offered at the Domaine’s discretion.
In the event of force majeure on the Domaine's side (extreme weather, health restrictions, etc.), the Domaine reserves the right to cancel the visit with a full refund or to reschedule the visit.

5. Access and Visitor Rules
Children remain under the full responsibility of their guardians throughout the visit.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the site.
Access is granted only upon presentation of booking confirmation.

6. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Children under 16: Free (with valid ID).
Youth aged 16 to 18: 20% discount on adult rate (with valid ID).
Students: 20% discount on adult rate (with valid European student card).
Rates valid until December 31, 2026, subject to prior changes.

7. Personal Data Protection Policy (GDPR)
Personal data collected during booking (name, surname, email, phone number) is used solely to manage the visit and will not be shared with third parties.
You have the right to access, modify, delete, and object to the use of your personal data.

8. Liability
Domaine des Perchés declines all responsibility for any damage, accidents, or losses occurring during the visit, unless due to proven fault by the Domaine.
Visitors must follow all safety instructions.

9. Intellectual Property
The website content (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Domaine des Perchés.
Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

10. Legal Reminder
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health – consume responsibly.
Tastings are reserved for adults only, in accordance with current legislation.
