Ground Floor – The Art of Hospitality

Behind a solid wooden door, a spacious and bright entrance hall greets you, adorned with a wrought-iron staircase that sets the tone: noble and timeless. The reception lounge, flooded with natural light thanks to large bay windows, opens onto a breathtaking view: the vineyard below, the steeples of Cadillac, the park, the swimming pool, and stretching as far as the lands of Barsac and Sauternes. Marble fireplace, herringbone parquet flooring, majestic chandeliers, and designer furniture create an atmosphere both grand and intimate. The kitchen, in red and black tones, is both convivial and functional: large central island, high wooden table, top-of-the-line appliances... everything invites creativity and sharing.

The GPS bedroom, more intimate, charms with its geometric patterned walls and private terrace. It features a bathroom, WC, walk-in closet, and a cozy ambiance, ideal for a restful retreat.

The Rù bedroom, tucked under the eaves, reveals a soft and confidential atmosphere. Its tropical decor, windows opening onto the vines and a spring make it a poetic refuge. It shares a bathroom with the rest of the floor.
