Are you a group looking for an authentic, friendly, and cultural experience centered around wine and art? With the Les Œuvres des Perchés tour, Domaine des Perchés welcomes you for a private visit designed for groups of 10 or more, set in an exceptional natural environment. A personalized welcome for your group in the estate’s park, including a presentation of our history, our commitments, and the biodynamic philosophy that guides our work. The visit begins with a guided walk through the park, dotted with artistic works: contemporary sculptures placed in the midst of nature. Each piece engages in a dialogue with the landscape, the seasons, and the wine. Along the way, you’ll also discover our grape varieties and our viticultural approach respectful of life: biodynamic practices, the role of biodiversity, soil work without synthetic inputs, lunar rhythms... A subtle balance between technique, intuition, and observation. Next, you’ll continue into the winemaking cellar, an architecturally minimalist space designed to gently support the wines. We will introduce our container choices: concrete vats (ovoid, diamond-shaped, and others), stoneware vats, demi-muids (large wooden barrels), amphorae… and their subtle influence on textures and aromatic profiles. Here, in the aging cellar, discover stained glass windows, frescoes and paintings, as well as labels created in collaboration with artists. Finally, the visit concludes with a guided tasting of three wines: Our two flagship cuvées, Perchés Blanc and Perchés Rouge, plus one of our signature, more exclusive cuvées, Rù. Aromas, tasting techniques, and food pairing suggestions will be covered for a comprehensive discovery. The discussion adapts to your level of knowledge, whether beginner or advanced.
