Tour itinerary: Welcome at the estate Your visit begins with a warm welcome from a member of our team. You’ll be greeted at the entrance of the estate’s park. Walk through the park & estate introduction Next, you’ll take a stroll through the estate’s tree-lined park. This is the perfect opportunity to discover the philosophy behind the place: biodynamics, respect for natural cycles, environmental care, as well as the artistic inspiration that influences many decisions. Discovery of grape varieties & estate history You will learn how the estate was established, how the vines are cultivated, and why each grape variety is planted in a specific location. Here, a deep connection links the landscape, the plants, and the people who nurture them. Visit of the cellar The tour continues in the cellar, where you will discover our winemaking choices: concrete vats in various shapes, stoneware and wooden containers, and amphorae—all used depending on their impact on the structure and elegance of the wines. You’ll understand how our artisanal, respectful methods allow us to craft unique wines with strong personality. Finally, the visit concludes with a guided tasting of two carefully selected wines: our two signature cuvées that reflect the estate’s identity, Perchés Blanc and Perchés Rouge. You’ll be led to explore the aromas, textures, and pairings during a warm, intimate sharing moment.
