The Domaine des Perchés, a family-run biodynamic estate, opens its doors for a special occasion filled with passion, expertise, and respect for life. Here, the vines are cultivated in harmony with lunar cycles, without chemical inputs, and with a strong commitment to biodiversity. Tour itinerary: You will be welcomed at the entrance of the estate’s park, where you will discover the history of this family property and the values that drive it: biodynamic farming, close connection to nature, the importance of people, and openness to art and creativity. The tour begins with a guided walk through the park, with explanations about our grape varieties, biodynamic viticultural practices, and our sensitive approach to terroir. You will also learn how biodiversity (hedgerows, trees, animals) contributes to the balance of the place. Next, you will continue into the winemaking cellar, an architecturally refined space designed to gently nurture the wines. We will introduce our choices of containers: concrete vats in various shapes, demi-muids (large wooden barrels), amphorae… and their subtle influence on texture and aromatic profiles. Finally, the visit ends with a guided tasting of two flagship cuvées from different plots on the estate. Aromas, body, food and wine pairings, and aging conditions will be covered for a complete discovery. This tasting is tailored to your level of knowledge, whether beginner or experienced.
