By choosing the private Les Œuvres des Perchés visit, you enjoy an intimate and sensory experience in a family-run biodynamic estate nestled in a preserved green setting. This visit invites you to explore a one-of-a-kind place at the crossroads of life, winemaking craft, and artistic creation. Designed as a poetic stroll, it is entirely dedicated to you, for a suspended moment between nature and inspiration. Visit itinerary: You will be warmly welcomed at the heart of the estate by a member of the team. The family history of the place, its biodynamic approach, and the spirit that permeates it will be presented in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The visit is structured as a guided walk through the park and cellar, dotted with artistic works: contemporary sculptures set in nature, stained glass windows in the aging cellar, frescoes, installations, and the labels of the wines created in collaboration with artists. Each piece engages in a dialogue with the landscape, seasons, and wine. Along the way, you’ll also discover our grape varieties and our viticultural approach respectful of life: biodynamic practices, the role of biodiversity, soil work without synthetic inputs, lunar rhythms... A subtle balance of technique, intuition, and observation. Then, you’ll enter our winemaking cellar, where concrete vats, demi-muids, wooden cigars, and amphorae coexist. You’ll understand how the chosen materials influence the aromas, textures, and expression of the wines. This moment offers you a hands-on sense of the artisanal precision and quest for elegance in each cuvée. Finally, enjoy a private tasting of three wines: the estate’s two flagship cuvées, Perchés Blanc and Perchés Rouge, and a more exclusive signature cuvée, Rù.
