Come and experience an immersive visit at the heart of this family-run estate, cultivated biodynamically, which opens its doors for a journey blending nature, wine, philosophy, and expertise. Here, nothing is left to chance: every gesture, every cuvée, every detail tells a story. The story of a living place, deeply rooted in its terroir, constantly seeking harmony between humans, earth, and time. Visit itinerary: Welcome at the estate Your visit begins with a meeting at the entrance of the estate’s park with a team member. Walk through the park & estate presentation You will then set off for a walk through the estate’s wooded park. This is a chance to discover the philosophy of the place: biodynamics, respect for natural cycles, environmental care, and the artistic inspiration guiding some choices. Along the way, you will be guided through the discovery of artistic creations: contemporary sculptures, colorful stained glass windows in the chapel, murals, and wine labels designed as true works of art. Each piece tells a facet of the estate and reflects the desire to make wine a sensitive, living, and expressive object. Discovery of the grape varieties & estate history You will learn how the estate was created, how the vines are cultivated, and why each grape variety is planted in a specific location. Visit of the cellar The visit continues in the cellar, where you will discover our winemaking choices: concrete vats in various shapes, stoneware or wooden containers, and amphorae—all used according to their impact on the structure and elegance of the wines. You will understand how our artisanal and respectful methods allow us to create unique cuvées with strong personalities. Finally, the visit concludes with a guided tasting of three carefully selected wines: Two flagship cuvées reflecting the estate’s identity, Perchés Blanc and Perchés Rouge, and a signature cuvée, Rù. You will be guided to explore the aromas, textures, and pairings in a warm and intimate moment of sharing.
