Sens Perchés invites you to experience wine differently through a blind tasting served in black glasses, removing visual cues and allowing aromas, textures and sensations to take centre stage. Trust your senses, compare your impressions and share your perceptions of each wine. The experience begins with an introduction to Domaine des Perchés, its grounds and winery. Discover our family-run vineyard, farmed organically and guided by biodynamic principles, and learn about our approach to viticulture and winemaking. Then it is time for the blind tasting. Guided by our team, you will discover three of the estate’s wines served in black glasses and explore their aromas without being influenced by their appearance. A playful and unexpected way to experience wine, whether you are a wine enthusiast, a connoisseur or simply curious.
